I hadn't realized how many years I've been cutting my "live" tree from Spring Valley Tree Farm, it has been 12 Christmas Seasons. This year's crop looked terrific! My family found another "perfect" tree. It looks and smells great. Thank you for providing such a great service and buying experience.

First time visit, quick and efficient, trees seem healthy. Workers were friendly, got our tree up on top the car quickly and securely. Easy to find. Not too crowded, which was very nice. My only wish was a little more info about which types of trees were available and where. We likely only saw a portion of the farm but the trees seemed to all be similar. Otherwise everything was fine and the prices are reasonable.

Excellent place for Christmas trees. Had a reservation to cut a tree today. Check-in was quick and easy, sleds and saws immediately available. Very nice selection of trees. Tree we cut was quickly shaken and wrapped by staff. Member of staff carted our tree to my truck and loaded it. After the horrible experience and long waits at a different tree farm last year, Spring Valley Tree Farm will continue to be our go-to place for our Christmas tree. Highly recommended.

This tree farm is excellent and has become a family tradition. We go every year the day after Thanksgiving, driving from Columbus to meet friends from Cincinnati , because it is THAT great. HOWEVER, and this is VERY IMPORTANT: You HAVE TO MAKE RESERVATIONS. Reservations open in October I believe but CHECK THEIR WEBSITE. You need to have your name on the list in order to go in. You will be turned away if you do not plan ahead. While it's insane to me that in this day and age you need to make a reservation for everything all the time, it does make sense and they have streamlined the process so it's very easy. The prices are reasonable and you're going to get a much higher quality tree than you would at a big box store for the same price. No spray paint. No dead branches. They provide sleds and saws and have a wreath shack that is heated (which was exceptionally good today as it was windy, flurrying and 27°). Just plan ahead.
